Appointment Policies
Making an Appointment
To make an appointment, call us at (470) 278-2300. We offer same day appointments for most office visits, though we strongly encourage you to schedule well-visits in advance. View our complete appointment policies.
Canceling an Appointment
If you are unable to keep an appointment, please call us as soon as possible (preferably at least 24 hours in advance) so we may use the time for other patients who need to be seen.
Co-pays
Co-pays are expected to be paid at the time of your visit. View complete insurance and financial policies.
Prescription Refills
Please allow 48 hours for all prescription refills. Please do not wait until the day you run out of your medication to call for your refill. Refills will not be given during evening hours nor on weekends or holidays. View complete prescription policies.
Questions About Your Bill
